HELP page for desktops and laptops

Are you having trouble viewing the new mobile-friendly website from your desktop or laptop computer?

The new mobile-friendly website requires a recent or current version of the browser on your desktop or laptop, a browser such as Internet Explorer (IE) 11.0.9 or later. A current version of Firefox, Chrome or Safari would be alternatives.

  • Check the version number of your browser? Is it up-to-date or an old version?
  • If your browser is the current version of IE and you're still having trouble, try Firefox.
  • There are other things that could cause trouble, especially if you are on an older computer or using a computer on a network that belongs to an organization.
  • If you can't resolve the issues with your desktop computer, your best alternative is to use your phone or tablet to view our website.

TABLET or PHONE:
The left navigation menu and search are opened by clicking on the box with three lines in it. The square box will be in the upper left of the screen, as shown on the screenshots below.

On the left, the square box. On the right, the slide-over menu.
